Virginia Gold Cup

In May I went to Gold Cup with my dear friend Crazy K. We have been friends ever since we met at Roanoke.

There were five races throughout the day and I was excited to see some Maryland horses I recognized win.

Duff from "Ace of Cakes" was judging the competition.

EAS & Crazy K

This was by the far the most unique needlepoint piece I have ever seen...after meeting this character, I was trying to figure out what his needlepoint belt symbolized. I finally asked and he replied " It's everything I don't like...dogs, children and ugly women". I was a little taken back...but to each their own!

Special thanks to Crazy K and her mom for a fantastic time. I had a wonderful time with the Wahoos...it was so much fun catching up. xx

  2. Looks like a fun day! I definitely want to go next year! And the needlepoint guy, is he expecting to pick up women with that belt? He may be disappointed... Have a great day! xoxo

  10. That belt isn't all that unique...can be found in stores. It represents crying babies, those little yippy pug dogs, and fat women.
