Neutral Nails

Samoan Sand

Did You'ear About Van Gogh

Tutti Frutti Tonga

I am on the hunt for the perfect transition shade of polish for fall. I am leaning toward flesh tones and trend to always go with OPI over Essie because I feel like it last longer.

  1. I love OPI bubble bath - and if you ever cross over to the Essie side, Sand Tropez is one I keep on me at all times just in case!

  2. I love neutrals as well-particularly for work since they are more chip resistant!

  3. I give a second for Opi Bubble Bath! It looks great with my skin tones, both tan and winter pasty versions. They also make it in Gel!! As much as I'd like, browner neutrals look a little off when I'm not tan. Thanks for the tips! I'll have to try these out.

  4. Red toes & neutral nails, always. And I'm the opposite - Opi on toes, but always Essie in nails.

  5. Breaking with my long standing tradition of a Fall neutral - usually Essie Mamba - I have switched it up to a deep maroony Essie Dressed to Kilt and I LOVE it! Two plus weeks into a pedi and after several beach trips and it's completely solid and chip less!

  6. I've been wearing Tutti Frutti Tonga for years.... I wear a coat of Essie Madmoiselle, then a coat of TFT. It gives just the right amount of shine, yet is doesn't look like a coat of 'elmer's glue'.

    Good choices.

  7. Samoan Sand is my go to for nails this time of year. So simple & a nice break from summer brights. Also great for mid winter pedis, unless I'm @ the beach. :) -KLV in PHL

  8. Put me down for neutrals on hands, reds/bright pinks on feet!

My favorite for hands is OPI 'Passion'. It's available in regular and gel, and I've worn it forever.

For feet, my favorite hot pink is 'It's All Greek to Me'; favorite red is 'I'm Not Really a Waitress'. I used to love 'Oh! To Be 25 Again!' which is a nice, rich wine color, but I think it's been discontinued.

    Team OPI!
