Tee Time

The only time I ever play golf or go to the driving range is on a beautiful day. If the weather is nice I will take any excuse to spend the day outside.

JCW's swing is much better then mine.

Maybe I would enjoy the sport more if I had monogrammed shoes? Do those come in pink?

In desperate need of more practice.

  1. I used to swear my game would be better if I looked the part. I have a golf wardrobe like you wouldn't believe. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone to play with down here in Virginia. Back in Boston, I had an old boss who was as serious as I am about playing (meaning she didn't keep score or maintain a handicap). We'd pick a random course out of the regional course rating book and spend Friday mornings in the summer driving all over to play.

My boyfriend here doesn't play and the co-workers who play fancy themselves up and comers, which means they are waaaay too serious. You may know the type...they hit an entire bucket of balls with their driver at the range, convinced Tiger-esque hits are just a few swings away.

If you know any women in Central VA who are total hacks and don't care as long as they have the wardrobe, send them my way. :)

  2. Im with ya! I only hit the range on the impossibly beautiful days. Also those mono golf shoes are pretty cute! (sorry JCW porbs doesn't want someone to say his shoes are "cute" but they are!) However the orange tretorns aren't too shabby either. Here's to a beautiful weekend on the links, fingers crossed!

  4. Learning to golf is on my to-do list! Maybe this summer... (I must admit, half the appeal is wearing an adorable golf outfit.) ;)

  5. TEN and I visited the driving range a few weeks ago. I hit the ball as straight as an arrow. Unfortunatley it only goes about 20 yards :( More practice indeed!

I do believe that if had monogrammed golf shoes it would greatly improve my game!
