"A Way of Living" contains favorite recipes from the Simon Pearce restaurants and photographs of the Pearce’s home, gardens, workshops, restaurants and more.
Horn accessories are one of my obsessions.
Has anyone ever been to one of the Simon Pearce glass blowing studios or eaten at one of the restaurants?
I lived near the one in Quechee, VT for three years and had brunch at the restaurant. Now that I'm back in PA, I want to visit the one in West Chester. His restaurants make for a memorable experience and the food is great!
ReplyDeleteNo, but now I am dying to go!! Love those blue ikat napkins and the horn accessories are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThe Quechee, VT location is delightful, with a glass blowing studio, several levels of glass, pottery, furniture, etc. for sale, and a wonderful restaurant sitting out over a waterfall. It is a must-stop any time we are in the area.
ReplyDeleteI have been to the restaurant in Southern Chester County a few times....very good..
ReplyDeleteI haven't been but, have somehow managed to amass quite theee collection regardless. Can only imagine the damage I'd do if I actually steped foot in one of the studios...XXOO
ReplyDeleteps...their cheese boards are also fab!
I have been to the Quechee, VT location. It is wonderful! The restaurant is superb and I love watching the glass blowing. A must see when you are in VT!
ReplyDeleteWe were in VT three weeks ago-revisiting childhood haunts in Wood stock and Quechee. Had a lovely lunch overlooking the waterfall, watched a bit if glass blowing ( they were making Christmas ornaments ) and did a bit of shopping.
ReplyDeleteVisiting the Quechee store is a must!!! If you ever go, stay at the Woodstock Inn-it's lovely.
Yes! It was fabulous! I love my glass trees during the holidays and my vases filled with cranberries and twigs!
ReplyDeleteThe two of us are serious glass collectors, and we love Simon Pearce, but have not been to the studio or any of the restaurants. :(
ReplyDeleteSending you a smile for the week to come,
tp
Love Simon Pearce. Will be at the cocktail party tomorrow night at the restaurant in West Chester, and am having Christmas Eve dinner there as well. It's beautiful and the food is fabulous.
