JCW has been in Asia for the past three weeks...so what better then to make whoopie pies in celebration of his return home. I added marshmallow fluff as a secret ingredient to the filling.
Special thanks to Living Well for giving me just the thing to celebrate getting my baby back! I may need to monitor his whoopie pie intake when I see what kind of condition he's in after not playing squash for 3 weeks! xx

ReplyDeleteBeware of muffin tops :-)
ReplyDeleteAww, I know you're thrilled to have him back! Those pies look delicious!
ReplyDeleteWow, those look great. I'll have to be on the lookout for that mix - and being that I gave up chocolate for Lent, these would be great since they are Red Velvet! Ya'll have a fantastic weekend, and happy reunion :)
ReplyDeleteYum! I saw that they have Red Velvet Mini Whoopies at Starbucks right now! (Along with cake pops! Yum!)
ReplyDeleteIsn't it the best when they come back home?! We were in Atlanta last weekend and I ate far too many Red Velvet mini cupcakes.
ReplyDeleteHoly Lord - those look outstanding. Hope all is well...
