Nordstrom Run

When it comes to different classes of Nordstroms my local store isn't top of the list but I happy to have it just the same. One can only dream about the Nordstrom in Seattle with the Chanel Boutique...I hope that isn't some sort of urban legend?

I recently headed to Nordstrom to pick up a new bottle of my favorite perfume Prada Amber.

I couldn't resist checking out the latest Tom Ford sunglasses...I need another pair of sunglasses like I need a hole in the head.

The Nordstrom Cafe is a great place to grab a bite...so that's just where my mom and I headed.

She ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich. It came with a side salad and the to die for Champagne Vinaigrette.

I went with one of my standards...a goat cheese salad. It had apple chips which added the most delightful crunch.

Do you have a Nordstrom nearby?

  6. Yes, we have a great Nordstrom in Richmond! Aside from their gorgeous merchandise, my favorite thing about shopping there is their superb customer service! Their sales associates are always willing to go above and beyond and help when searching for that "to-die-for" find.

  7. Nordstrom has been my fave since I was a little girl. They have the best people helping and we always get my little girls shoes there.

The cafe is the best-my favorite is the tomato basil soup kids meal-complete with raisins and crayons.

  12. I'm fortunate that I have three Nordstroms all within 10 miles and I go to each one for different things. Tysons for shoes and cosmetics, Montgomery Mall for the POV department, and Pentagon City for children's gifts. I've even been known to drive to Columbia or Towson to pick something up that one of my three didn't have. :-)

  17. There is a Nordys near Phila...in King of Prussia. I am proud to say I have never crossed their threshold....Not really a sportin' kind of joint...I'll wager JCW is not a big fan either...but you girls go right ahead...

  21. Nordstrom just opened a couple years ago here in Massachusetts; there are 2 about 15 minutes from me. They're pretty good, but I'd love to compare one in another state sometime.

  22. There is one close to me but I am 99% certain it does not have a cafe! Have to go to Neiman's for that... which is fine!

  23. I love my Nordstrom's but sometimes it lacks in shoes! My local one doesn't carry Tory Burch or Jacks which I find extremely odd but the perfume and sunglass counters are excellent!
