This summer we attended the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's fundraiser Bands in the Sand for the second year in a row.
There were some great raffle items including 20 of your own personally designed Vineyard Vines ties.
It was a lovely night to spend on the water and some guests even arrived by boat.
The bars were fully stocked and the food was from Boatyard Bar and Grill.

The bands kept the crowd happy all night.
Leave it to Mr. W to have had the best looking beach chair at the event. The chair was from Nantucket Beach Chair and was fully equipped with his monogram.
Special thanks to Mr. & Mrs. G for having us as their guests. xx
Just catching up on all your posts - love all of them ... need to make a trip to historical Annapolis soon - Annapolis mall doesn't count! All the best,

ReplyDeleteIs that the Sissy Yates turquoise neclace I spy??? And, I have to ask what kind of camera you use. Your pics are always some of the best in the blogging hood. So crisp and colorful. And that chair! Think I may have found the perfect gift for my parent's August birthdays. Merci beaucoup! XXOO
ReplyDeleteI do love Sissy Yates but my necklace is from a random mall cart. I use a cheapo Sony point and shoot...I am just picky about photos and I will delete anything not up to par. I have been thinking about investing in a nice camera but my fear is I won’t take it anywhere! I need to look into the Coolpix cameras because I love those Ashton Kutcher commercials. xx
ReplyDeleteps: For some reason I haven't been able to comment...must be a blogger glitch. -EAS
The year I move away from Annapolis and don't make it back for Bands in the Sand.. they have pink cups! The cups are always an awesome take away from such a great event!
ReplyDeleteI love Honest Tea too! And I didn't know that they were a MD company! Now I feel even better about drinking their delicious tea :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lot of fun :)
