Shopping Gods

I am a firm believer that I have shopping gods. A few months back I bought a Rugby Gingham Puff Shirt in blue and when I went back to order it in black it was sold out in my size. I saw that Rue LaLa was having a Rugby sale and low and behold the shirt that got away was ripe for the picking! There will be a Lilly Pulitzer sale on Rue LaLa today and I am hoping my shopping gods have some tricks up their sleeves. Do you believe in shopping gods?

    i love rugby! I think they do exist, especially when you find amazing things at even more amazing prices...in your size

    I 100% believe in shopping gods... I had been searching for a pair of earrings from BCBG that I saw in a magazine around Christmastime. I couldn't find them anywhere and then when I was outlet shopping after New Years I thought I'd stop in the BCBG outlet just in case... there was one pair left and they were about 80% off, so meant to be!!

    Do you think you could put in a good word for me with The Shopping Gods please? There's a Coach purse that I want that's $400 online and I'm hoping it will be at the outlet store I'm visiting on Sunday. Clearance + Additional Sale + Coupon = awesome but I don't want to push my luck! I don't have good luck when it comes to shopping for myself. When I'm with somebody else shopping for them, I can find what they're looking for in a snap! Maybe I am a shopping god and I'm immune to my own powers?

    Yeah I wasn't too thrilled the LP on Rue Lala. I logged on 4 minutes late, all the good stuff was gone. Tbh there was only one dress I liked anyway! I can't wait for the next one :-)
    Does anyone know how much LP cashmere sweaters run at the warehouse sale? Rue lala was $80 I think.

    My shopping gods usually protect me from purchases I shouldn't be making, by not being available in my size. It's a pain being of average dimensions when it comes to clothes and shoes!
    By the way, I'm addicted to your blog. I check every morning for an update and when there isn't one, I feel like I haven't had my daily preppy fix!

    Shopping gods work both ways! They also make you unable to find things...for me it's usually things I don't need anyway! xx
