"Yoicks!"

Yoicks: used as a cry of encouragement to foxhounds.
Yoicks is a store located in Stevenson, MD that carries fine sporting art, country clothing & gifts. The store is jam-packed with what I like to call organized clutter and sure to fulfill your equestrian heart's desires.

The store's website is still in works but check out their Facebook page or give them a call 410-486-8377 with any questions. Visiting Yoicks is well worth a trip to the country.

  6. BEST store around IMHO. Better even than the Polo mansion because Yoicks is REAL. Michael Finney (the owner) is so entertaining and a welath of knowledge for all things country. Doesn't hurt that he is whipper-in for the E-H Hunt. I know from my most recent Visa bill that Jen hit up Yoicks in a big way! Can't wait to tear open those packages next weekend!

  8. What a cool shop! I like the New Yorker covers. Equestrian themes always make me smile, even though I don't know the first thing about horses. Do you ride?

  11. I would LOVE this store! Just bought my husband a Barbour jacket yesterday ( my 9 year old has one and loves it!) and a slew of Vineyard Vines ties - they have a new dog collection and we found a King Charles Cavalier like our Molly!

    Merry merry!!

  13. K, right off the bat I see a hound hunt cup and a navy vest I've gotta have and if that stuffed red fix out front is for sale I'll just DIE! I have wanted one for, like, everrr...XXOO

ps..."the country", snigger. EAS, EAS,EAS...if y'all on the Western Shore think Stevensville is country, I've got 2 tickets to the Hebron Carnival and a kegger at the deer lodge for ya. You ain't SEEN country til you've taken a spin on the Scrambler with more people barefoot than not while trying to hold down 3 oyster and greasy wonder bread sandwiches with ketchup while they call out bingo numbers over the PA and you wonder, is that her brother, daddy, husband or all the above??? :)

  16. I grew up riding/showing but I haven’t ridden in years...one day I am sure I will get back on the saddle! There is nothing quite like the relationship between a horse and a rider. xx
