Boursin Cheese

Boursin was first created in 1957, in Normandy by a cheesemaker named Francois Boursin. This cheese is soft, creamy, flavorful and utterly delectable.

Boursin comes in several different varieties...Garlic & Fine Herbs, Pepper, Shallot & Chive, Light, and the latest creation is Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper.

A couple of Boursin enhanced menu items...

Veggie Burger with Boursin, Brotherhood of Thieves

Veggie Pizza, Joe Squared
Pink sauce, arugula, zucchini, eggplant, fennel, mozzarella and Boursin cheeses.
On the left you will see part of JCW's Hawaiian half.

Anything is better with Boursin...check out the Recipes With Flair in the Entertianing section on the Boursin website. I want to try making a Boursin omelet and also adding Boursin to mashed potatoes.

  4. Every time we head up to Nantucket I make the family go to the Brotherhood of Thieves right after we get off the boat. I must admit though I have never had anything there with boursin I'll have to keep it in mind for next summer.
