Radar

The Bergdorf Goodman Cookbook would be a fun gift for a friend that likes to cook.

We couldn't be happier with our UPPAbaby Vista stroller and it seems like everywhere I go someone asks about it.

Reese Witherspoon just launched Draper James, a clothing and accessories line. When I saw the cocktail napkins, it made me think of her quote...my rule is if it's not moving, monogram it

Jeep is scheduled to release a new Grand Wagoneer in 2018 that has 3-row seating.

The book showcases the bold blazers that were made for college rowing clubs along with the elite athletes and historic clubs associated with them. All of the photograph is by F.E. Castleberry

Coffee Table Book List

I just ordered Vogue Living: Houses, Gardens, People from Joss & Main and it's a gem.

I was flipping through Miles Redd's Big Book of Chic at MN and quickly realized that I had to have it.

One Man's Folly: The Exceptional Houses of Furlow Gatewood is on my list after reading a piece NYSD did on the book party.

I've wanted Flair: Exquisite Invitations, Lush Flowers, and Gorgeous Table Settings since last year but never got around to ordering it.

Decorate Fearlessly: Using Whimsy, Confidence, and a Dash of Surprise to Create Deeply Personal Spaces was just released today and looks like it's full of design inspiration.

Beauty at Home

Aerin Lauder's new book, Beauty at Homeis a must have and would make a wonderful gift. I first saw it in the book section at Bergdorf's. It's filled with lovely images of her homes, old family photos, collections of blue & white, rich textiles and flowers. It's safe to say my girl crush has reached a whole new level.

The Southerner's Handbook

The Southerner's Handbook: A Guide to Living the Good Lifewill be released on October 29th and is available for pre-order. The book is comprised of tips and tricks from contributors of Garden & Gun Magazine.

There's more to being Southern than just living below the Mason-Dixon. It takes some know-how. From throwing a crawfish boil to betting on a horse at the Derby to, yes, even whipping up a stiff drink, we've rounded up the experts and put together a list of tips, tricks, and secrets to help make sure you're up to speed.

When it comes to Maryland being a Southern or Northern state, there's definitely confusion (see #13). Would you say Maryland is Southern or Northern?

K. Cooper Ray Book Signing

I had the pleasure of meeting K. Cooper Ray, founder of Social Primer at the Quinntessential Gentleman in Baltimore.

He was there promoting his new book Bill of Rites for The American Man...

and signed a copy for JCW.

I have been a fan of K. Cooper Ray's bowtie collection for Brooks Brothers since they launced in 2010.

He was wearing one of his Social Primer for Brooks Brothers Tailgate Blazers, which is lined with Wm. Lamb and Sons Hunt Scene fabric...

and even carrying a Wm. Lamb and Sons Hunt Scene iPhone Case.

Special thanks to K. Cooper Ray who was absolutely hysterical and Craig Martin from the Quinntessential Gentleman for hosting the event.
