Very Superstitious

When JCW opened this fortune, we couldn't help but smile and take it as a very good sign. We have always been very superstitious and 7 is our lucky number. The other day my mom told me that my sister's dress alternations were $77 dollars and when JCW's mom emailed me that the high for Saturday is scheduled to be 77ยบ...I felt like everything was falling into place.

I am really looking forward to our wedding day and can't wait to officially be married, celebrate with our friends & family and also hit the dance floor. Wish us luck for May 11th!

Bridal Shower

Last month was my bridal shower brunch.

Made-to-order omelets by the The Omelette King.

Lots of fruit and plenty of sweets.

I received such wonder gifts, it was like Christmas morning...but better!

The house was filled with blue & white decor, which was very fitting because they are my wedding colors.

My bag of the day from Radcliffe's.

 Amazing helpers/car loaders.

Special thanks to the fabulous hostesses and guests for such an incredibly special afternoon...being the bride really is all it's cracked up to be! xx

SpinSheet

It was such a surprise to JCW on the cover of this month's SpinSheet, which also happens to be the month we're getting married! SpinSheet is a sailing publication based out of Annapolis, Maryland.

Monogrammed Shower

The ladies surprised me at The Greenbrier with a monogrammed shower. I have lots of new "ESW" goodies!

Jacques Levine

I was instantly drawn to Jacques Levine's Laura Raffia Loafer after spotting them on the NM website...talk about a fabulous shoe for spring/summer.

#easbachy II

The next morning we did a little shopping at The Greenbrier...

...and took in all of the beautiful decor.

The Fried Green Tomato Sandwich and Dorothy's Chicken Salad were the items of choice for lunch at Draper's.

After lunch we hung out and waited for the bunker tour to begin.

They were setting up for a wedding that evening.

Before heading back to start getting ready for dinner, we stopped at the Spring House.
