After a delicious meal of sustainable food we were handed the desert menu. I will trilled to pieces when I saw the C.M.P. was back on the menu. The C.M.P. consists of chocolate sauce, marshmallow, peanuts, and malt ice cream. It was even featured on the Food Network.
There is a sugar coating you crack to get to the luscious concoction.
It's the perfect mixture of salty and sweet/gooey and crunch. The marshmallow is very light so polishing off the C.M.P. is no problem.

Special thanks to Woodberry Kitchen for being open in such harsh conditions. It was wonderful to escape the confines of our homes for a delightful dinner. xx
I live in Vancouver BC, and we haven't seen snow yet - you're so lucky! That little dessert looked so delicious.
