Boursin was first created in 1957, in Normandy by a cheesemaker named Francois Boursin. This cheese is soft, creamy, flavorful and utterly delectable.

Boursin comes in several different varieties...Garlic & Fine Herbs, Pepper, Shallot & Chive, Light, and the latest creation is Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper.

A couple of Boursin enhanced menu items...
Pink sauce, arugula, zucchini, eggplant, fennel, mozzarella and Boursin cheeses.

Anything is better with Boursin...check out the
Recipes With Flair in the Entertianing section on the Boursin website. I want to try making a Boursin omelet and also adding Boursin to mashed potatoes.
