I've been getting the nursery together and I'm still waiting on a few things to arrive. JCW has been such a help, I've put him to work! I'll share some images once it's complete but here are a few items already in the nursery. Pottery Barn Kids has been a life saver...I'm obsessed! 

CK Bradley Wedding Dress

If you've been following my blog it's no surprise that I've been a huge fan of CK Bradley. I just saw this custom CK Bradley wedding dress and my closet shed a tear. 

How much fun are the navy grosgrain stripes on this reversible skirt?  

My fingers have been crossed that CK Bradley resurfaces and I was thrilled to see an Instagram photo this morning that said "So many prints... Which ones are comin' back?" 

Garden Stools

 

My obsession with Porcelain Garden Stools and love of all the floral and garden patterns continues. I primarily use them to stack coffee table books and they always seem to bring a space together. I'm currently hunting for a couple more for our blue & white themed nursery.

Tory Burch Tabletop

Tory Burch just launched some fabulous blue & white table top pieces as part of her home collection. She is carrying spongeware bowls, plates, and pitchers as well as linens. It's fun to see how the pieces are styled on tabletops. I am always admiring Tory Burch's entertaining and décor pictures on instagram.  

 

Dana Gibson

 

Dana Gibson has a lot of new products since I hosted a giveaway for one of her wastebaskets in 2012. I am particularly smitten by her "Canton Collection" print that includes lamps, pillows and bucket totes.

Nell Hills

I have been admiring designs and décor from Nell Hills for quite some time and finally got to visit the Briarcliff location in Kansas City. I had the privilege of meeting the owner Mary Carol Garrity. She couldn't have been more gracious and I became even more enamored with the store. The Briarcliff location is two stories of heaven on earth...

Summer Blooms

One of the many selling points of our house were the beautiful blue hydrangeas plants. I waited all year for them to bloom.  

  

Having the house filled with hydrangeas was such a treat. I am planning on pruning them this summer because they are getting a little too large, any tips?

Wedding Morning Prep

The morning of my wedding I headed down to the Maryland Club where we were having our reception so I could check up on some last minute details.  

 

I can be totally OCD (and that's putting it mildly) so I had to make sure all of the blue & white details were in place.

 

It was fun being a wedding planner for the day and all the running around made the morning fly by.

 

When I got to the club, Radebaugh Florist had already delivered the arrangements. I kept it very simple with hydrangeas in julep cups but I also had them create this large arrangement. They used a Blue & White Ginger Jar that I purchased from The Pink Pagoda. I couldn't have been happier with the way the arrangement turned out and it looked lovely in the foyer.

Jumping the Gun

The Pink Pagoda was giving away one of their lovely blue & white iPhone covers and I couldn't resist entering even though I didn't have an iPhone. It looks like the universe must have decided that I need one because I won the giveaway.

Seeing as I have an iPhone case and no iPhone I have already started looking at phone accessories. Premature acts like this are nothing new...there have been occasions when I have started planning outfits before I even owned the key items.

Tory Burch's Southampton home is absolutely breathtaking. I love how traditional the estate is from the boxwoods to the slate roof. She has a knack for collecting after growing up surrounded by her parents antique collections. Tory is in the process of adding a skateboard ramp and an outdoor pizza oven to the house for her three boys.
