Over the weekend we spent a lot of time in the car traveling to a wedding in Cape Charles, VA. I loaded up on Sweet Leaf Tea for the trek back and we listened to This American Life.

- I simply adore the American flag and I am constantly inspired by my surroundings. I love wearing anything with ruffles. I have a special place in my heart for animals and the water. I cherish photography and sculpture. I believe in fate. Summer is my favorite time of year. I like smelling cinnamon buns. I can’t live without back-rubs, online shopping, heating blankets, pink nail polish, plaid and hydrangeas. I get excited before a storm. There should be more random acts of kindness. I love antiques and decorating. I mostly wear flats. Anything seersucker is adorable. I will never get sick of eating tomato mozzarella. The best thing about the beach is outdoor showers and eating candy. All pools should be heated. -EAS

I have to say I do believe Virginia is the toughest state around when it comes to speeding, not that I'm saying y'all were!! I love your nail polish and since I own your shirt I will be looking for some Chubby Cheeks this afternoon. Hope you had a lovely time at the wedding!

sle, the wedding was beautiful (will do a post) and unfortunately we did get a speeding ticket. The second time we were pulled over JCW, let me do the talking and the nice officer sent us on our way! You are going to love the polish. xx
