3 Things

Making green juice using my Nutribullet.

I fell off the gluten-free wagon for about two weeks in January. Atwater's Turkey Cran-Brie is what caused the gluten relapse...Oven Roasted Turkey, Brie, Granny Smith Apple, Cranberry Relish, Lettuce & Basil Mayonnaise.

Why do you prefer a gluten free lifestyle? So curious to know if it gives one more energy, or any other health benefits.

Gluten free is so hard!! I just started Paleo, I like to be gluten-limited instead :)

I was struggling with allergies and sore throats so I eliminated gluten from my diet the sore throats went away! I still eat plenty of carbs. There are some wonderful gluten free products out there. Overall, I just feel better being G-free. xx
