April has been a month of "firsts" and a total joy as we got to know our daughter. I already feel like we've climbed a mountain in terms of being new parents.

- I simply adore the American flag and I am constantly inspired by my surroundings. I love wearing anything with ruffles. I have a special place in my heart for animals and the water. I cherish photography and sculpture. I believe in fate. Summer is my favorite time of year. I like smelling cinnamon buns. I can’t live without back-rubs, online shopping, heating blankets, pink nail polish, plaid and hydrangeas. I get excited before a storm. There should be more random acts of kindness. I love antiques and decorating. I mostly wear flats. Anything seersucker is adorable. I will never get sick of eating tomato mozzarella. The best thing about the beach is outdoor showers and eating candy. All pools should be heated. -EAS

You both look like you're natural parents...
So sweet! And that's totally how I felt those first few months with our first baby... like we had climbed Mt. Everest! So many new experiences, both joyous and challenging. Enjoy every moment! xo
