Looks like the perfect summer night to me! You have such a sun-kissed glow in all of your pics recentley, so I have to ask: is it all the sun au natural or do you use a sunless tanner as well?
Love your blog. Looks like a great event. If you entertain questions - how is the Lindsay's mix for Southsides? I have heard varying reviews. I generally mix my own, and used to get Mr. Lee's but do not live in the North Balmer area anymore.
Lindsay’s is pretty good and I am assuming it was all donated for the event...which makes me like it even more! You do have to make sure it’s stirred or use a shaker when mixing a drink...I may just have to do a Southside post. I have never had Mr. Lee’s mix...will be on the lookout!
I must confess I have been airbrush tanned a few times this season. I don’t mess around with the tanning lotions, towels, or sprays. Airbrushing is AMAZING! I have also spent my fair share of time at the pool.
Women were going crazy over the Governor...especially when he jumped off stage into the crowd and played his guitar on the beach!
Hi sweetheart! How are you?? Been missing you - glad to read your summer has been going so fabulously! What a fun event this had to have been, wish we could have joined you! My brother worked for Gov. O'Malley for a couple years and I got to meet him a few times - soooo nice and ummm...totally handsome! :) Sending you smiles and hugs!! xoxoox
Love your blog and your pictures! Adorable and so full of summer fun! I recently started a blog of my own - feel free to check it out if you have a chance! I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions! Thanks, XOXO!
Looks like a super-fun event! And how cool is it that your governor plays in a rock band? I can't see (nor do I want to see) our top dog in Kentucky doing that. Yikes!
I simply adore the American flag and I am constantly inspired by my surroundings. I love wearing anything with ruffles. I have a special place in my heart for animals and the water. I cherish photography and sculpture. I believe in fate. Summer is my favorite time of year. I like smelling cinnamon buns. I can’t live without back-rubs, online shopping, heating blankets, pink nail polish, plaid and hydrangeas. I get excited before a storm. There should be more random acts of kindness. I love antiques and decorating. I mostly wear flats. Anything seersucker is adorable. I will never get sick of eating tomato mozzarella. The best thing about the beach is outdoor showers and eating candy. All pools should be heated. -EAS

Gotta love Balmer hon! xx
I would have been bidding heavily on that duck decoy!
Great pictures....that tree along the Bay is particularly artistic.
You always go to the best events, I love seeing your photos!
What is the brand of your husband's polo? Very nice.
The polo is Tucker Blair.
