Lately my mouth has been watering over Fritos. I am not sure about the nutritional aspect of these delicious corn snacks but I like that they only contain three ingredients...whole corn, corn oil, and salt.

Are guacamole and fritos appropriate for breakfast? Reading this post has me dying for some! I agree, in a pinch, both Whole Foods and the Fresh Market make a mean guac. YUMMY!!! :)
So delicious! I justify my heavy guacamole consumption by saying that it is a "good fat." Have a great day.
My. Favorite. Food. Ever.
I'm gonna have to try it next time I'm at WF!
Fritos are definitely a weakness. Whole Foods also has a yummy seven layer dip.
Yum! One of my favorite's too!
