First off I would like to thank everyone that voted for my photo in the Lilly Lovers contest! I finished in the top 20 and could never have done it without all of you. There were some great entries and the experience was a lot of fun! Over the holiday weekend we were out with Lawyer Liz and her beau when I noticed a pair of velvet slippers. I walked over to get a closer look at the slippers and their owner turned out to be a reader...with great style may I add. The burgee has been a mystery. Do any of you know the significance of these slippers?
That night I also snapped this picture of a Smathers & Branson crab Credit Card Wallet. I entered the picture in the S&B July 4th contest on Facebook...I know what you all are thinking, this girl needs a contest intervention! I will keep the hounding to a minimum after letting you know in order to vote you must like Smathers & Branson on Facebook and then hit like under my crab photo. I consider myself to be very patriotic, love red, white & blue and let's not forget will take a photo of just about anything!

No dont know the meaning my guess it might be for his particular yacht club? But you have me wondering now too. Only a guess.....love the wallet, their things are so cute!!

Umm I kinda love the velvet slippers, Do you know if they make a girly/ feminine version? I think it would look cute in a "moc" version for women
