- I simply adore the American flag and I am constantly inspired by my surroundings. I love wearing anything with ruffles. I have a special place in my heart for animals and the water. I cherish photography and sculpture. I believe in fate. Summer is my favorite time of year. I like smelling cinnamon buns. I can’t live without back-rubs, online shopping, heating blankets, pink nail polish, plaid and hydrangeas. I get excited before a storm. There should be more random acts of kindness. I love antiques and decorating. I mostly wear flats. Anything seersucker is adorable. I will never get sick of eating tomato mozzarella. The best thing about the beach is outdoor showers and eating candy. All pools should be heated. -EAS

I remember that feeling of being spoiled. It never gets old. Here I am 26 years later, married and still feel incredibly full of gratitude for all the gifts of friends and family.

Did you all register or did most people just give you things they picked out? We got a good mixture.
Almost two years later, we (or at least I) can still remember who gave us what gift and we smile and think of them whenever we use it. My mother can still do the same with her wedding gifts going on 30+ years! So special :)
We had a mix of things from our registry and other gifts. Recently, friends dropped off an antique boat cleat that required two people to carry it! It’s great getting all of our All-Clad pots & pans but also a lot of fun receiving the “made me think of you” gifts! I have already found myself saying so and so gave us this...
