Chicago Architecture

Between a show at Second City and the Architecture Tour, we were total tourists in Chicago.

Seeing the city by water gives you an entirely different perspective and the architecture is beyond impressive.

EAS & JCW

We saw one of the drawbridges lift for some sailboats.

We had a wonderful time in Chicago and I can't wait to plan another trip but I am going to hold off until it gets a little warmer.

What are some of your favorite things to do in Chicago?

Chicago is my hometown! I'm so glad you went on the architecture tour; it's such a treat. I've been a few times, and always recommend it to friends that are visiting the city. Hope you had some Chicago style pizza, and hot dogs!

I have always wanted to do the architecture tour in Chi-Town. Looked so fun. Did you see the piece in G&G this month on Chicago? Makes me want to visit immediately. xoxo

It is a great city.
It is a bit chilly today. Woke up and it was a neg 5. But what is winter in Chicago without a bit of cold.
Glad you enjoyed your stay.

I've only been to Chicago once but I completely fell in love with it. I can't wait to go back in the spring and take a boat ride through the city!

Catching up! This tour is fabulous. we went on a really "moody" day where there were dark clouds, spots of sunshine and a warm breeze.
