Whole Foods Guacamole

I haven't been able to get enough of Whole Foods Guacamole ever since JCW's dad broke it out on a warm afternoon.

Ingredients
4 avocados
mashed Juice of one lime
3 garlic cloves
freshly pressed 5 to 6 green onions thinly sliced
1 cup cilantro, cleaned and chopped
1 to 2 seedless jalapeƱos, diced

Mix avocado with lime juice and then stir in garlic, onions, cilantro, and jalapeƱos.

If time is of the essence you can buy the guac from Whole Foods...its just as good as homemade.

Lately my mouth has been watering over Fritos. I am not sure about the nutritional aspect of these delicious corn snacks but I like that they only contain three ingredients...whole corn, corn oil, and salt.

Are guacamole and fritos appropriate for breakfast? Reading this post has me dying for some! I agree, in a pinch, both Whole Foods and the Fresh Market make a mean guac. YUMMY!!! :)

So delicious! I justify my heavy guacamole consumption by saying that it is a "good fat." Have a great day.

Fritos are definitely a weakness. Whole Foods also has a yummy seven layer dip.
