Wintry Mix

One of the only days we have had snow/ice this winter I headed to lunch with Lawyer Liz and another friend.

We went to Donna's Cafe.

The Roasted Portabella Salad with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes was delicious.

As a belated birthday gift, I brought Lawyer Liz crab Tervis Tumblers.

I couldn't resist ordering a Chai Latte to go because the one I ordered at lunch was so tasty.

Since you will be hearing advice from everyone and their brother soon, here are a few pearls of wisdom learned from my wedding:
Priorities: 1. Your dress (and let's face it, only Vera Wang will do), 2. photography, 3. Your flowers.
On the day: sleep! Pamper! Relax! Compose yourself before you walk down the aisle and take AS LONG AS YOU NEED (all my walking down the aisle pics have my grimacing face since I was sobbing and trying to suppress it).
