- I simply adore the American flag and I am constantly inspired by my surroundings. I love wearing anything with ruffles. I have a special place in my heart for animals and the water. I cherish photography and sculpture. I believe in fate. Summer is my favorite time of year. I like smelling cinnamon buns. I can’t live without back-rubs, online shopping, heating blankets, pink nail polish, plaid and hydrangeas. I get excited before a storm. There should be more random acts of kindness. I love antiques and decorating. I mostly wear flats. Anything seersucker is adorable. I will never get sick of eating tomato mozzarella. The best thing about the beach is outdoor showers and eating candy. All pools should be heated. -EAS

The ooey googey looks amazing. And Summer is so right. You will have to always have ooey gooeys as an anniversary treat!

And to think the ring is hiding in one of those pockets of the Barbour jacket! Cannot believe he was so cool, calm and able to take a pic of you without shaking too much.

I love going to the beach this time of year--a nice cool breeze and barely anyone in sight!
