Our portrait photo session was cut short because the sky decided to open up, JCW certainly wasn't complaining.
We literally had to run inside just before it poured.
The bar was relocated to the library indoors.
Captain Chesapeake had it stocked with his own booze. I greeted guests as they walked in the house which was totally un-bride like but couldn't have felt more right.
We hadn't planned on a happy hour before the ceremony so the only thing to munch on were Crab Chips. Let's just say some guests really enjoyed the ceremony.
All the chairs from the lawn were stacked on the porch.
JCW monitored the doppler in true sailor fashion.
It was time to decide our plan of attack for the ceremony. We saw there was going to be a slight break in the weather so we had to go for it.

WOW! Still looked beautiful.
I absolutely love that you greeted your guests. What a sweet gesture!
Love the picture of you running from the rain! If I got drinks and crab chips before a ceremony, I'd be one happy camper too!
Love these pictures! Of course, I'm loving all of the monograms incorporated in your wedding, too!
I hope you two are enjoying your new life together!
Such an adorable set of pictures! I love the idea of personally greeting your guests.

A truly handsome couple, best wishes to you both.
How perfect that there was a break in the rain so you could have the ceremony outside still!
