Boursin was first created in 1957, in Normandy by a cheesemaker named Francois Boursin. This cheese is soft, creamy, flavorful and utterly delectable.
Boursin comes in several different varieties...Garlic & Fine Herbs, Pepper, Shallot & Chive, Light, and the latest creation is Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper.

Love Boursin cheese! The BMW sandwich w/ Boursin cheese at Graul's is my go to sandwich on their deli menu.
Every time we head up to Nantucket I make the family go to the Brotherhood of Thieves right after we get off the boat. I must admit though I have never had anything there with boursin I'll have to keep it in mind for next summer.
I'm a Boursin freak. We like it in sandwiches. No cooking!
